Class topics

Our topic this half term is Eco.  We've been learning all about this through a story about a crisp packet needing to be recycled, it's called 'Somebody Crunched Colin'.  This meant we got to take part in crisp tasting, we then recycled the crisp packets!

We've also been looking at how we can look after our planet.  This has involved litter picking and recycling.  We've also reused items to make costumes for us to wear.

Bunnies have been and planted wild flowers in parts of our school to help the insects. We then made bird feeders to feed the birds. We will be filling these up regularly, particularly during the colder months when it's harder for them to find food!

During World Book Day we enjoyed exploring story sacks and reading a wide variety of books with our adults.  Some of us also dressed up as our favourite characters!
