Jo Jingles - Expressive Art and Design

Otters are lucky enough to have a session of Jo Jingles every week on a Monday afternoon. We love singing along to the songs, playing all the different instruments and exploring all the fun things that are brought in! Some of our favourites are the spiders we have for Incy Wincy Spider, the maracas, the pompoms and the shakers! We also love singing Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes and joining in with the actions!

World Book Day

Otters themed their World Book Day around their Eco book 'Please Help Planet Earth'. We really enjoyed reading the book and exploring the different pictures. We matched the pictures with what we could see in the book. We also used recycling to create hats that we wore for our World Book Day Eco costume parade!

Eco Topic - Spring Term 2023

As part of our Eco topic, we have enjoyed lots of different activities. Some of our favourites have been making bird feeders using apples and seeds, planting sunflower seeds and making lots of wonderful Eco art using recycled materials.

Forest School - Spring Term 2023

5/1/23 - Our First Session!

We had our first session of Forest School this year and we got very lucky with a really big puddle that we loved playing in! We got muddy, painted the trees and splashed in the puddles!
