In English we are exploring mark making in different forms, we use pincer grip to hold mark making objects. We also do phonics where we learn sounds, match them, sign them and are beginning to write them. We have communication sessions using PECS, singing hands, intensive interaction and choice making. We have a story of the half-term that we listen to at the end of every day.
In Maths, we are exploring numbers in different forms. We use number songs to listen to and sing and sign along to. We then explore numbers through different sensory activities.
