As the cold snap continues we know that some of you are going to be worried about the cost of putting your heating on with the increased cost of the bills. If you are struggling then first of all speak to your gas and electricity company. There are some useful websites:

Also make sure that your gas and electricity company are aware that you have a child with a disability, as this could make a difference to the help that they offer you.

Another way to help save money, if you are on benefits, is to contact your broadband provider and ask them about a social tariff:
